Kim Hyun Joong's Ex-Girlfriend Reveals Her Due Date

On July 3, legal representatives for the ex-girlfriend of Kim Hyun Joong revealed her pregnancy due date, in an exclusive interview with the Korean publication OSEN.

According to the report, his former girlfriend is scheduled for delivery on September 12. "Kim Hyun Joong's ex-girlfriend is scheduled to give birth on September 12," said a lawyer for his unnamed ex-lover. 

Legal representatives for Kim countered the statement with their own claims. In the same report, his side responded to her latest pregnancy news and weighed in on their efforts to request evidence from the woman who is referred to by Korean media as "A" or "Choi." 

"We received records of her second pregnancy," said a lawyer for Kim. "However, we requested a copy of her ultrasound, which we have not received. It this is does turn out to be Kim Hyun Joong's child, he will take responsibility." 

Kim has been engaged in an on-going legal battle with his former girlfriend since August 2014 when it was revealed that the "Boys Over Flowers" star was investigated for alleged domestic abuse charges. According to legal reports, Kim was allegedly responsible for injuring his ex-girlfriend, possibly to the extent of a fractured rib.

The charges were later dropped and it was later revealed that she received a settlement of more than $500,000 USD, from the acting idol. 

His legal woes continued in February 2015 when his former lover claimed that she was pregnant with his second child.

Kim is currently enlisted in the military but continues to engage in the legal battle.
