"Level 7 Civil Servant" Finale Reveals Joo Won and Choi Kang Hee's Never Ending Romance
"Level 7 Civil Servant" Joo Won and Choi Kang Hee got their happily ever after in the final episode.
The 20th episode of the MBC drama "Level 7 Civil Servant" featured Han Kil Ro (Joo Won) and Kim Seo Won (Choi Kang Hee) keeping their romance alive.
Kim Seo Won and Han Kil Ro were able to stop Kim Mi Rae (Kim Soo Hyun) from committing suicide. She was soon taken to the hospital to get treated for her injuries. Kim Seo Won visits Kim Mi Rae in the hospital to say, "I came to say I'm sorry. You and your family's scars, I'm sorry you've had to live all your life in pain. Even if I didn't do it to you, history is something people should take responsibility for. Nobody is free from the responsibility of the past. Do you want to take revenge? Then get treatment and get healthy. Don't fall apart and live proud. That's revenge."
Later, Choi Woo Jin, also known as JJ (Lim Yoon Ho) hides inside of Kim Seo Won's house before she arrives. When Kim Seo Won returns home, Choi Woo Jin takes her hostage and demands Han Kil Ro to lead him to Kim Won Suk's (Ahn Nae Sang) hospital room.
Han Kil Ro takes Choi Woo Jin to the hospital where Kim Won Suk is staying. This had all been Kim Won Suk's plan to bait Choi Woo Jin to his hospital room in order to stop him from committing an even bigger crime.
Kim Seo Won, Han Kil Ro, Choi Woo Jin and Kim Won Suk come to be in the same room together.
Kim Won Suk stands up and says, "Woo Jin, I have been waiting" and tries to apologize. Even though Kim Woo Jin ends up shooting Han Kil Ro, he falls to the ground after being shot by the gun Kim Won Suk was hiding under his bed. Kim Won Suk gets on his knees and begs Choi Woo Jin for forgiveness.
After this incident, Kim Won Suk revealed that he is a secret agent to his family and lived happily with his wife and daughter.
Han Kil Ro and Kim Seo Won both get relocated. Han Kil Ro goes to Jeju Island while Kim Seo Won is sent to Germany. Even though they start a long distance relationship, they focus on their careers and still manage to keep their romance alive.
When Kim Seo Won returns, she tells Han Kil Ro, "I'm sorry I couldn't tell you. I love you." Han Kil Ro replies, "I can't hear you. Say it louder."
Kim Seo Won yells out, "I love you!"
Han Kil Ro tells her, "I love you more" and they share a deep emotional kiss.
