Kim Woo Bin is considering a new film role but not many details about the film or his role have been revealed.

This much we know. The film is titled "With God" and it is based on a Naver webtoon by Ju Ho Min. "With God" explores the subject of fate and the interactions between traditional Korean gods and man. What have the gods preordained and what can man do to change his fate?

Kim Woo Bin's agency Sidus HQ told the Korean media outlet Newsen that the actor is considering the role but has not yet made a final decision.

"Kim Woo Bin has received a casting offer for 'With God.' He's currently reviewing the script but his appearance has not yet been confirmed."

In the webtoon, the character Jin Gi Han is an army deserter and a lawyer in the afterlife. He defends sinners after they die. In Buddhism it is believed that the soul wanders around fror 49 days following the person's death. The dama "49 Days" also covered this topic. Sometimes the soul must endure trials. An angel of death may guide them through these trials. In the webtoon there's also an angel of death named Kim Ja Hong.

It is reported that actor Ha Jung Woo is also considering one of the leading roles in the upcoming film but it is not known which actor has been offered the role of the angel or the army deserter. It is also not known whether they are up for the same role.

The film is reported to have three parts, "Afterlife," "This Life" and "Myth." In some reports, the story will be made into three individual films and 'With God' will be considered a prequel.

Kim Jong Hwa, who directed "Take Off" and "Mr. Go," will direct 'With God.' CJ Entertainment is producing the film.

Kim Woo Bin has been focusing on films rather than dramas lately.

In 2013 Kim Woo Bin starred in "A Gentleman's Dignity" and "School 2013." He has not appeared in a full-length k-drama since the 2013 drama "The Heirs," but he did have roles in two films, "The Con Artists" aka "The Technicians" and "Twenty." He did star in a web drama titled "Love Cells" with Kim Yoo Jung. The web drama was so popular it is expected to get a sequel.
