'19 Kids And Counting' Star Josh Duggar Reportedly Used Ashley Madison Accounts For 'Duplicitous Spouses'
Former executive director of the famous conservative lobbying group, Family Research Council, ''19 Kids And Counting'' star Josh Duggar has dragged himself into another controversy. Hollywoodlife.com reported that Duggar had paid for two accounts on Ashley Madison, a website specifically designed for duplicitous spouses. Anna Duggar's husband reportedly signed up for several one-night stands with women from the site.
According to NYPost.com, hackers effective by the name of "The Impact Team" dumped about 10 gigabytes of data over the "Dark Web", uncovering ''19 Kids And Counting'' star Josh Duggar's Ashley Madison account with personal details including names, street addresses, phone numbers, and personal IP addresses. Earlier, the group had accused the site of being a fraud and exposed the users only when it wasn't pulled down.
Gawker also disclosed that a credit card under the name Joshua J. Duggar had been used to pay for the subscription of an Ashley Madison account from Feb 2013 to May 2015. The billing address of the card matches Josh's Grandmother Mary's home in Fayetteville, Arkansas that was once featured on TLC's popular show "19 Kids and Counting." The father of four had also opened a second account while lobbying for the Family Research Council that is linked to his Oxon Hill home in Maryland.
NYPost.com reported that ''19 Kids And Counting'' actor Josh Duggar is not the only one using Ashley Madison. Along with Josh Duggar's account, email addresses linked to several military and government servers have also popped up. The database contains email addresses of United Nation and Vatican workers. However, it is tough to say how many addresses are legitimate as Ashley Madison doesn't verify user information due hide the user identities.
Recently, Michelle Thomson, a British Parliamentarian said that her email address had been stolen and used on the site. Piers Morgan's wife admitted to have signed up for the site for research. "19 Kids and Counting" star Josh Duggar's representative have still not presented an official statement.
