"When a Man Falls in Love" Was Shin Se Kyung Putting on an Act this Whole Time?

"When a Man Falls in Love" Shin Se Kyung seems to be acting very suspiciously after the accident.

May 22, the 15th episode of the MBC drama "When a Man Falls in Love" featured Seo Mi Do (Shin Se Kyung) only remembering Han Tae Sang (Song Seung Hun) when she wakes up in the hospital.

When Seo Mi Do wakes up after the accident, she does not remembers Lee Jae Hee (Yeon Woo Jin). Lee Jae Hee says, "Mi Do, it's me. You don't have to be afraid" and shows her a photo they took together. However, it was no use. Seo Mi Do is unable to walk and the doctor diagnoses her with paralysis in the lower half of her body. The doctor adds, "The nervous may come back."

In the wheelchair, Seo Mi Do completely relies on Han Tae Sang, both emotionally and physically. Instead of returning to her family's home where the construction is incomplete, Seo Mi Do and her family return to Han Tae Sang's house once again. When he learns that Lee Chang Hee (Kim Sung Oh) had been the one who attacked her, Han Tae Sang begins to feel even more guilt.

 While Seo Mi Do takes a walk alone, Lee Chang Hee appears and wheels her up the mountains. Lee Chang Hee warns Seo Mi Do to stop playing around with people and tells her to walk down the mountain with her two legs.

However, Seo Mi Do falls out of her wheelchair and hits her head one more time. Seo Mi Do is overcome with emotion and says, "I'm being punished for loving somebody else when he paid for my tuition and the hospital bills, right? I'm sorry. I won't do it again."

Han Tae Sang finds Seo Mi Do and takes care of her all night. When Seo Mi Do sees Han Tae Sang asleep next to her bed, she says, "Weren't you the one who said we were going to make sure we follow the rules? Leave the room."

Half asleep, Han Tae Sang leaves the room but suddenly realizes that he had said that to her when he went on a business trip with Seo Mi Do and Lee Jae Hee. Seo Mi Do did remember Lee Jae Hee.

Han Tae Sang hesitates wondering about whether Seo Mi Do had been putting on an act this whole time or not.
