"Gu Family Book" Lee Seung Gi and Bae Suzy's love line continues to melt the hearts of the viewers.

In the MBC drama "Gu Family Book", both Lee Seung Gi and Bae Suzy portray very distinct characters that are very strong-willed and brave.

Even when Dam Yeo Wool (Bae Suzy) finds out that Choi Kang Chi (Lee Seung Gi) is half-beast, she still loves him unconditionally and continues support him by his side.

How exactly did their romance progress?

Level 1: Moonlit Hug

The first meeting of Choi Kang Chi and Dam Yeo Wool began very fatefully. Monk So Jung (Kim Hee Won) had warned Dam Yeo Wool to avoid the person that she meets under a tree when there is a crescent moon in the sky.

When they fatefully run into each other, Dam Yeo Wool saves Choi Kang Chi's life. Later, Choi Kang Chi faints and lies down on Dam Yeo Wool. Even though Dam Yeo Wool realizes that he is the one that the monk warned her about, she continues to stay in touch with Choi Kang Chi.                                                              

Level 2: Choi Kang Chi and Dam Yeo Wool's Interesting Past

When Dam Yeo Wool was a little girl, a boy had saved her from getting attacked by a wild mountain dog. She realizes that Choi Kang Chi is the boy who saved her life in the past. However, Choi Kang Chi does not seem to remember her. Disappointed that he does not remember her, Dam Yeo Wool murmurs, "If it was a meeting that cannot be remembered, it must have not been meaningful."

Level 3: Half-Beast Choi Kang Chi and Dam Yeo Wool's Moonlit Meeting in Garden

When the bracelet on Choi Kang Chi's wrist breaks, his beastly nature and appearance become apparent for the very first time. Dam Yeo Wool is shocked at firsts after seeing Choi Kang Chi looking like a beast. However, Dam Yeo Wool finds herself unable to forget about Choi Kang Chi and decides to go to the moonlit garden in the mountains. When she seems Choi Kang Chi, Dam Yeol holds out her warm hand as if nothing had ever happened. After being comforted by Dam Yeo Wool, Choi Kang Chi magically turns back into a human.

Level 4: Choi Kang Chi Remembers Dam Yeo Wool

Choi Kang Chi and Dam Yeo Wool get locked inside of a secret room. In the room, Choi Kang Chi accidently touches Dam Yeo Wool's chest and realizes that she is a woman. Dam Yeo Wool reveals her full name to him and faints. Suddenly, Choi Kang Chi remembers a moment in his childhood when he saved Dam Yeo Wool from a wild dog.

Level 5: Unchanging Love

Choi Kang Chi turns back into a beast when Park Tae Seo (Yoo Yeon Suk) betrays him under a spell. Looking like a beast, Choi Kang Chi goes to Dam Yeo Wool's place to retrieve his bracelet. When Dam Pyung Joon (Jo Sung Ha) and his men try to attack him, Dam Yeo Wool appears to save him. Dam Yeo Wool stands by him and holds his hand tightly while she tells his father and his men to back off. Touched by her love, Choi Kang Chi turns back into a human without his bracelet.

Level 6: Love Mode Parade

Choi Kang Chi begins to show affection for Dam Yeo Wool after realizing how caring and loving Dam Yeo Wool is. After hearing that Dam Yeo Wool had gone into the woods by herself to find him, Choi Kang Chi runs after her and finds her injured. Choi Kang Chi uses his strength to pick her up like a real man. From his flower proposal to their almost first kiss, the romance is getting more and more serious.
