Club For Growth Launches $1Million Ad Against Donald Trump; 'Worst Republican Candidate On Economic Issues'

Club of Growth launched an exclusive feud against Donald Trump who is running as presidential candidate for the upcoming elections in the US in 2016. The political arm of the anti-tax Club for Growth, believed to be deep-pocketed, announced $1 million advertising campaign against Trump. So far both the groups had been feuding on the social media and Club of Growth gets the first mover advantage in Iowa.  This is the first major attempt by an outside group to confront the billionaire and his unconventional campaign, said Vox.com

The new advertisement campaign will start on Thursday in Iowa where as Donald Trump has not started his paid advertisements so far. Trump has so far demonstrated staying power atop the polls. It comes on the eve of the second televised debate of the Republican presidential primary on Wednesday in southern California. The Club of Growth's President David McIntosh even called Donald Trump was the worst Republican candidate on the economic issues and was astonished that he was even running as a Republican, reported USA Today.

Donald Trump has been a warring ends with the Club of Growth as he supported imposing more taxes on the wealthy and supported Medicare system. On the other hand Club of Growth is being funded mainly by wealthy investors and financiers and has been asking for tax cut and more dispensable income in hand. In two, 30-second ads, the club highlights Trump support for liberal policies, such as a single-payer health insurance system.

Trump on the other hand retaliated on his social media account be tweeting, "Little respected Club For Growth asked me for $1,000,000 - I said 'NO'. Now they are spending lobbyist and special interest money on ads," said  CNN.com
