Ahmed Mohamed has been invited by President Barrack Obama to White House and by Mark Zuckerberg to Facebook with his wooden clock, reported CNN. Muslim student Ahmed Mohamed was arrested earlier in his school in Texas when he took his home made wooden clock to school. He made the alarm clock in his bedroom on Sunday night and took the clock into MacArthur High School in Irving, Texas Monday.

He put together a clock at home in 20 minutes, hoping to impress his teachers. According to the Dallas Morning News, the clock was composed of just "a circuit board and power supply wired to a digital display, all strapped inside a case with a tiger hologram on the front." Teachers claimed his alarm clock looked like a bomb and called the police, reported Daily Mail UK.

Within one week, he was being highlighted on the traditional and social media for the injustice done to him. He received thousands of tweets and Facebook posts for encouragement that lauded his efforts. Later he received a tweet from the President and Mark Zuckerburg.

President Barrack Obama invited him to the White House with his invention and appreciated his love for science. "Cool clock, Ahmed. Want to bring it to the White House? We should inspire more kids like you to like science. It's what makes America great," he tweeted. Ahmed has accepted his invitation to visit the White House with his invention.

He was also invited by Mark Zuckerberg to Facebook with his wooden clock inviting him to visit Facebook headquarters, said CNN. Reddit and Twitter offered him internship to hone his skills and master his expertise. Google Executives said that they will be reserving a spot for Ahmed at the upcoming science fair. Ahmed was most happy when he received the invitation from MIT and said he has always dreamt of going there.
