Celebrities often receive attention for their misdeeds but are rarely praised when they are compassionate. Fortunately, a Taiwanese news outlet positively noted a caring gesture from Hallyu star, Lee Min Ho.

According to a report published by the  Korea Herald, the 28-year-old actor was praised by a Taiwanese journalist in a September 17 article that began to trend on China's Sina.

"Lee Min Ho is a cold tycoon in two of his dramas, but in real life he was very attentive and warm," said the Chinese journalist.

The writer was present at the September 14 TNGT fan signing event at Seoul's Timesquare, where 100 fans had the opportunity to participate in an autograph session with the popular K-Drama star. According to the original account written by the Taiwanese journalist, Lee Min Ho spotted a fan who was sitting in a wheelchair, who was not included in the group of 100 participants.

The star approached the fan and leaned down towards her, made eye contact with her and gave her a hug. She also received an autograph from the busy actor.

Lee has maintained a strong fan base known as Minoz since the success of "Boys Over Flowers." His popularity increased beyond his initial audience, after the popularity of "The Heirs." While his career was built on K-Drama roles, he experienced his breakthrough into film with "Gangnam 1970." The actor is currently preparing for his role in the Korean-Chinese blockbuster co-production, "Bounty Hunters."
