Jessa Duggar Takes On Pregnancy Fitness With Hubby Ben Seewald
Jessa Duggar took to pumping weights! She is making sure that she stays in great shape during her first pregnancy by hitting the gym with husband Ben Seewald and lifting some pretty big weights, US Magazine reported.
The "19 Kids and Counting" star, who is expecting her first baby in just over a month's time, shared a photo late on Monday, Sept. 21. The photo showed her latest workout session with her fit hubby. She also revealed that she is still pumping some impressive iron, US Magazine noted.
"Gym time with my man!" the 22-year-old reality TV star captioned the photo. The photo was a montage of four pictures, one of which showed her, covering her pregnancy bump with a navy blue T-shirt, holding up a heavy-looking free weight in her left hand. In another pic, her husband, 20, can be seen lying down, about to bench press an equally impressive amount of weight.
Duggar has been showcasing pics of her ever-growing baby bump since she announced her happy news, and shared a photo with fans two weeks ago of her belly at 31 weeks and 4 days, US Magazine reported. "31 weeks 4 days!" Duggar, 22, captioned the mirror selfie. "#BabySeewald." In the pic, the first-time mom-to-be wore an adorable polka-dot maternity top and kept her luscious brunette locks down, US Magazine said.
Duggar's pregnancy news has been a thread of happiness for her family, bringing home reason to celebrate amid fellow Duggar offspring Josh's recent Ashley Madison scandal. Following revelations of his accounts with the infidelity website, Josh admitted to having cheated on his wife, Anna. This resulted in the actor checking into a faith-based rehab center.
Last month, the pregnant star talked about her baby nursery while attending a Q&A at the Southern Women's Fashion Show in Charlotte, N.C, US Magazine said.
"We're keeping our nursery very neutral because we have a tiny house and our baby's room is also going to be our guest room, so we're keeping it neutral," Duggar said on Aug. 29. She added, "I'm just craving ice cream! That's what I need right now."
