"She Was Pretty" continues to approach 20 percent ratings, as viewers continue to tune in for comedically romantic moments involving its main characters. According to the October 30 report issued by Nielsen Korea, "She Was Pretty" recorded 18 percent in nationwide viewership for its 13th episode.

The series continues to generate interest despite criticism from several domestic outlets that the series resolved its love line too quickly with episode 12 while providing showstopping scenes like Super Junior's Choi Siwon, in the buff. However, critics were assuaged by the mix of flirty scenes involving Hwang Jung Eum and Park Seo Joon with the angst-ridden promise of their potential breakup.

The 12th episode opened with tender interactions between Kim Hye Jin (Hwang Jung Eum) and Ji Sung Joon (Park Seo Joon). Hye Jin confessed her concern and romantic feelings for Sung Joon, who reciprocated by repeatedly embracing and kissing her.

Kim Ra Ra (Hwang Suk Jung) delivered the upbeat cheer of the Most to a bedridden Sung Joon, while promising to support his endeavors to keep the magazine afloat.

The hilarious interaction of Hye Jin and Kim Shin Hyuk (Choi Siwon) continued when he jokingly made fart sounds, as they made their way to the Most offices.

However, the episode concluded with emotional conflict as Sung Joon revealed that he wanted to propose to Hye Jin and was willing to do anything to make their relationship work. Hye Jin continued to offer support for his work accomplishments with the Most, but her well wishes appeared to generate more angst within his heart.

SBS' "The Village: Achiara's Secret" recorded 7 percent, while "The Merchant Gaekju 2015" did not air due to a postseason game with the Korean Baseball Organization.
