Go Soo and Ahn So Hee to Find Lost Souls in The Upcoming Drama “Missing: The Other Side”

The mystery-fantasy themed upcoming drama by OCN network titled "Missing: The Other Side" has released their main posters, and we can't help but feel excited about it!

"Missing: The Other Side" is an new mystery-fantasy drama that will center its story on a village that is possessed by the lost souls of the people who suddenly went missing. Then there will be a group of people who will search the missing bodies and will try to uncover the mystery that happened to them.

The "Money Game" actor Goo Soo will portray the character of Kim Wook. In this drama, he is a competent con artist who can talk his way out of anything, but he is a good man and he tries to use his ability to do good.

As the story continues, Kim Wook will eventually meet Jang Pan Seok (played by Heo Joon Ho) who is the only connection between the outside world and the mysterious possessed village. Both characters will team up to secretly track down missing people.

The next interesting character in the drama is Lee Jong Ah who will be portrayed by actress Ahn So Hee. She leads a double life as a smart civil servant by day and a hacker helping Kim Wook by night. She is known to be Kim Wook's supporter and the purpose of her hacking job is to be able to gain social justice.

Actor Ha Joon will also be present in the drama as Shin Joon Ho. He will portray the role of a detective who finished his degree in the police academy at the top of his class. 

On the other hand, portraying as Ha Joon's fiancée Choi Yeo Na is actress Seo Eun Soo. Choi Yeo Na all of a sudden went missing just a month before their wedding day. To find her loving fiancé, he applies for the missing person squad.

Lastly, Song Geon Hee will portray the character of Thomas one inhabitant of the village of missing souls.

This July 31st, the OCN network has finally released both vertical and horizontal versions of the drama's poster. These teasers give us a hint of the dark and suspenseful theme of "Missing: The Other Side."

The mysterious-looking posters give us a peek of the main characters' expressions, looking distressed against a backdrop of a creepy forest surrounded by both fog and mystery.

The producers of the drama gave their opinion stating, "set in the village of souls, 'Missing: The Other Side' is a drama that will give the viewers a spine-chilling entertainment through the stories of those who are trying to hide secrets and those who are trying to uncover them, as well as the stories of the deceased who are living there."

They continued to express, "even though the main subject in this drama is about the souls of the dead, the show will be a special mystery-fantasy mixed with a thrilling chase that is nothing like the horror genre, so please look forward to it."

"Missing: The Other Side" is scheduled to premiere on August 29 at 10:30 PM KST.
