Nam Joo Hyuk Shares His Thoughts on Reuniting with Han Ji Min in the Upcoming Film 'Josée'

An online interview for the upcoming film "Josée" was held last Dec. 7, and the lead actor for the drama, Nam Joo Hyuk was present. The actor talked about the upcoming film and his appreciation for the character he plays in the film.

The movie is a remake of the Japanese film "Josee, the Tiger and the Fish," which was based on the novel of the same title. The film will feature the story of a man and a woman who will enter the most exquisite chapter of their lives after they crossed paths with one another.

"Josée" main actors are "Radiant" co-stars Han Ji Min and Nam Joo Hyuk as Josée and Young-Suk, respectively. Nam Joo Hyuk expressed his thoughts about the film and spoke about the pressure of starring in a remake. The director's desire to create a completely new image was a huge challenge for the actor.

Then the actor continued to talk about his character as Young-Suk. He expressed that he embarked on the role of a detailed documentary. Nam Joo Hyuk commented that after doing his best in acting, and when he watched the final product, he personally felt that Young-Suk and Josée's relationship was very natural. Regarding this, the actor shared, giggling, that he wanted to say sorry once again. He explained that this year he worked really hard and appeared on broadcasts often, so the press conference was the first time he experienced watching the clip. And since the video captured the film from the start until it finished, he felt his character, Young Suk's heart, was coming out. He apologized for the tears because he was too emotional and thought that he was so immersed in Young Suk's character emotionally.

To end the interview, Nam Joo Hyuk gave his final message about working on the film stating that he thinks that it was a memorable and fun experience for him.
