‘True Beauty’ Star Kang Min Ah Will Officially Join Yeo Jin Goo in the Forthcoming Thriller Drama ‘Beyond Evil’

After capturing the hearts of the viewers through her character as the bubbly and charming student Choi Soo Ah in the romantic comedy-drama "True Beauty." Actress Kang Min Ah will be meeting the audience again for another drama project.

Kang Min Ah will be Part of the "Beyond Evil" Cast

On the eleventh of February, according to H& Entertainment, the home agency of Kang Min Ah. They had confirmed that their artist would be joining the cast of the upcoming drama "Beyond Evil" together with the main leads Yeo Jin Goo and Shin Ha Kyun.

The "True Beauty" actress will be starring as Kang Min Jung, a bright and honest university student. Her father, Kang Jin Mook, who will be played by Lee Gyu Hoe, runs one of the local supermarkets in their place. And she is currently living in the village of Manyang. Kang Min Ah is very close to Lee Dong Sik, the character that actor Shin Ha Kyun will be portraying. Since childhood, she used to call him her uncle.

But even though Kang Min Jung has a close relationship with her uncle, she will be evading Lee Dong Sik's line of sight as she starts to go out with her friends and enjoys drinking, dancing, and continuing having a good time during her college years.

Meanwhile, JTBC's forthcoming psychological thriller drama is scheduled to air on Feb 19 at 11 p.m (KST). The drama production has already released sets of stills and video teasers to give a sneak peek of what to look forward to in the series.

The story will revolve around two detectives who are brave enough to break the rules and the law in eagerness to find the serial killer. When they finally start looking for the murderer, they will be challenged to observe and look deeper at the hidden identities of the people involved in the said case. "Hotel Del Luna" actor Yeo Jin Goo will be portraying the role of Han Joo Won, who will be joining forces with detective Lee Dong Sik in order to search for the real killer.

Kang Min Ah is Gearing Up for Another Webtoon Drama

Recently, it also has been confirmed that Kang Min Ah will be having her first lead role in the webtoon-based series "Seen from a Distance, Green Spring," where she will be playing the character of Kim So Bin, a brilliant and persistent college student. Joining her in the project are idol-turned-actor Park Ji Hoon and "Crash Landing on You" star Lee Shin Young.

The 23-year-old actress has been receiving a lot of projects after her appearance in the drama "True Beauty." Now that she is about to do lots of work, fans are already excited to see their idol again on the small screen!
