From the classic shows, such as "Lovers in Paris," "Full House," "Reply 1988," and more, there's no denying that these dramas bring every viewer the feeling of excitement and unique kind of nostalgia. These remind the audience of their first romance or just the feeling of being in love.

'Nevertheless'

Led Song Kang and Han So Hee, "Nevertheless" is a webtoon-based drama that created a major buzz in 2021. The JTBC Saturday night drama depicts the story of two university students who are intertwined in a complicated relationship.

Park Jae Eon, played by the "Navillera" star, is a junior art student who is afraid of commitment; however, Yu Na Bi, portrayed by "The World of the Married" star, longs for a true romance.

Unfortunately, despite being head over heels with Jae Eon, he displays mixed signals that confuse Na Bi.

As the drama moves to the second half of the season, their relationship and emotions are being hunted by their past. Na Bi now gets closer to her childhood friend Yang Do Hyuk, played by Chae Jong Hyeop.

Second on the list is another webtoon adaptation, "My Roommate Is a Gumiho," starring Jang Ki Yong, Lee Hyeri, and "Start-Up" cast Kang Ha Na and Kim Do Wan.

The tvN drama follows the life of a 999-year-old nine-tailed fox, also known as a gumiho, that takes on the human form named Shin Woo Yeo and accidentally meets the university student Lee Dam (Lee Hyeri).

With his hopes to completely transform as a human, he needs to collect human energy in the form of whimsical beads.

It appears that Woo Yeo and Lee Dam are destined to meet each other after the bead accidentally falls out of his mouth and is unintentionally swallowed by the college student.

Little did they know that this unfortunate event is the start of a new romance between the duo.

'Doom at Your Service'

Featuring Seo In Guk and Park Bo Young, the tvN fantasy drama displays an unlikely friendship that turned into a romance between a mythical creature and a human.

Kim Sa Ram, also known as "Myeol Mang," which means "destruction" in Korean, is played by the 33-year-old actor while the web fiction editor Tak Dong Kyung is portrayed by Park Bo Young). Their fate changes when their lives intertwine.

'Youth of May'

The KBS melodrama "Youth of May" showcases the struggle and hope of two young couples as the K-drama is set under the Gwangju Uprising, one of the historical events in South Korea.

Kim Myung Hee (Go Min Si) is a local nurse who falls in love with the wealthy and promising young doctor Hwang Hee Tae (Lee Do Hyun).

Despite being the pride of Gwangju, he has a disorganized family headed by his power-obsessed father, Hwang Gi Nam (Oh man Suk).

With the ongoing chaos, Kim Myung Hee and Hwang Hee Tae's relationship were tested and involved the lives of their loved ones.

'Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha'

"Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha" starred the "Dimple Couple" Shin Min Ah and Kim Seon Ho. Their team-up was the talk of the town for their undeniable chemistry, even before the drama premiered.

The drama was a remake of the movie "Mr. Hong."

Shin Min Ah plays the role of Yoon Hye Jin, a dentist who just transferred from Seoul to the seaside village of Gongjin.

Meanwhile, the "Start-Up" actor is the local Hong Doo Shik, who is famous in the area for doing odd jobs.

Despite their contrasting personalities, they fall in love.
