Kim Kardashian says having a baby made her 'more selective' about her work and how she views her career.
Kardashian said, "It is an adjustment trying to balance a career and motherhood for sure, but the key is to prioritize. You become more selective and work on projects that are so meaningful because you want every other waking moment spent with your family," the reality TV star told Julia Restoin Roitfeld for her blog, Romy and the Bunnies. "You have to remember though to make time for yourself. If you feel good, you will be happy in your career and family life and everyone is happy!"
Kardashian and her husband Kanye West recently celebrated their daughter's first birthday with a lavish, Coachella-themed party that featured a Ferris wheel.
Kardashian added, "I love being a mom! It's the most rewarding feeling! I really love every phase! Just the way my daughter laughs with me, all of the small things in life you appreciate!"
Kardashian admitted her career is challenging with a child, saying, "Jet lag can be tough to adjust to, especially for a baby. I think its important to travel with the necessities to make sure your baby gets a nap on the flight, and whenever necessary!"
Stepbrother Brody Jenner said rumors that he didn't attend Kim Kardashian West's wedding because his girlfriend wasn't invited were 'not true.'
Jenner said on his new Web series, the Brody Jenner and Dr. Mike Dow Podcast, "Realistically, I had work commitments and it was a long way away. We talked about it! It was very simple: After I got the invite, I said, 'Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend but I wish you the best. I love you.' And she was fine with it. So if she's fine with it, why is everybody else not OK with it?"
"I was so blown away by how much love was in the air during the ceremony," Leah said on Jenner's podcast. "It really was two people so madly in love getting married, and that was bigger than [anything else]."
