"Bad neighbors" actor Zac Efron is now being rumored getting close to his "We Are Your Friends" co-star Emily Ratajkowski after his recent split with Michelle Rodriguez, The Independent said.

Zac Efron's co-star was first seen in Robin Thicke's Blurred Lines video where she had a topless appearance.

According to an insider of British magazine Heat, Michelle Rodriguez was compared to Zac Efron's co-star Emily as the latter was said to be a hard worker unlike the party girl actress.

"She has that exotic look Zac loves - Emily is a stunner. She's also a hard worker and her focus is on her career, not partying like Michelle," the source said.

He added, "Zac wanted quiet time after his big crazy fling and Emily gave that to him."

Zac Efron is playing as DJ Cole in the "We Are Your Friends" movie while Emily plays the part of Cole's boss' girlfriend.

The source added, "He likes her. She came into his life at the right time. They are hanging out a lot."

"They are taking things slow. They don't want anything to interfere with the movie."

Meanwhile, "Bad Neighbors" actor Zac Efron recently revealed to Glamour magazine that does not stick to traditional dating rules.

He said regarding girls sleeping with men on their first date, "Sex is a beautiful thing. I don't object."

He also added that honestly is important in a relationship.

"I think the most important thing for me in a relationship is honesty. In the beginning, sometimes girls don't show their genuine personality."
