"Fallout 4" is allegedly been in development for years as an alleged Bethesda dev has revealed that the "Fallout 4" release date would be on May 2016.

According to the report of Cyberland, an alleged Bethesda employee has claimed that the "Fallout 4 release date" is going to be on May 2016 as he notes that "Fallout 4" has been allegedly in heavy development for the past couple of years.

"A guy who works for Bethesda named Gino Cole posted in his LinkedIn profile that he has been part of the development team for Fallout 4 for 3 years now. His page also mentions that Fallout 4 is planned to be released this May 2016," wrote Cyberland.

Previously, it has been reported by IGN that Bethesda would appear on E3 and that Bethesda may announce "Fallout 4" at the event.

"Bethesda has confirmed it will host its first ever E3 Conference at the Los Angeles convention on June 14...The title most expect to be announced is Fallout 4, rumours of which have been flying for years," wrote IGN.

IGN continued, "After a couple of years of rumors, including a reference from a voice actor in 2013, a trademark for Fallout 4 in Europe, and even a website that ended up being a hoax, leaked documents back in 2013 suggested the title would be set in Massachusetts. Now, if denizens of the web are to be believed, we could be mere months from finding out for certain."

Meanwhile, The BitBag has speculated that Bethesda may reveal new games at E3 2015 as well. They've speculated that Bethesda could unveil, "The Elder Scrolls 6", "Dishonored 2", "Fallout New Vegas 2" or a new IP.

"An E3 event is a big thing, and it's the perfect avenue for a Fallout 4 announcement. Still, with the magnitude of the said event, Gamepur correctly thought that Fallout 4 wouldn't be the only game they could give credence to. There are a list of other games they could choose to reveal-there's The Elder Scrolls VI, Dishonored, a sequel to Fallout: New Vegas, or something entirely new coming from Bethesda's Studios," wrote The BitBag.
