Kdrama Crushes—Celebrities Who Have Crushes And Get Crushed On

Kdrama and kpop celebrities have crushes too. And it's often on other celebrities.

On a recent episode of MBC's "Radio Star," singer Jay Park confessed to liking actress Go Joon Hee saying that he likes girls that are taller than him. He wished that the star of the recent drama "Queen of Ambition" had been his virtual wife on "We Got Married." She's not his first celebrity crush. In the past he also confessed to crushing on SISTAR's Bora and 2NE1's Minzy.

When news reporters released photographs of actor Won Bin dating actress Lee Na Young, 2NE1's Sandara Park said she was heartbroken. She had already confessed that she considered him "cool" and her "ideal type." But she vowed to move on as she did with her past crush on Yoo Seung Ho when he was starring in "Missing You."

Actors and actresses are often asked whom their ideal type is when they appear on variety shows. And some lucky actresses get to be the ideal type of a more than one handsome kdrama actor.

For example, Oh Ji Ho, Lee Seung Gi and Taecyeon have all admitted that the charming actress Ha Ji Won, who starred in "Secret Garden" and "King 2 Hearts," is their ideal type.

Song Hye Kyo, star of "That Winter The Wind Blows," also has many admirers. Song Seung Hoon has more than once chosen his "Autumn in My Heart" co-star as his ideal type, and Lee Min Ho called the actress his "dream lover."

But having a crush does not mean your love will be requited, even if you're a celebrity. Lee Yeon Hee of "Gu Family Book" said Gong Yoo, the star of "Coffee Prince," was her ideal type but he more than once said that Yoon Eun Hye, his "Coffee Prince" co-star was his ideal type.

It can be embarrassing if you tell people who your crush is. Child actress Kim So Hyun once revealed that her ideal type was JYJ's Park Yoo Chun, who she starred with in "Missing You."

"Next thing I know I am working with him. So Yeo Jin Goo and the director who knew about this kept making fun of me," said Kim So Hyun.

Once everyone knew, she found that fellow cast members kept looking at her whenever she stood near to him.

"It was really embarrassing," said the young actress.

And snap! When one actress was asked who her ideal type was, she managed to reject two actors at the same time. Go Hye Sun, who co-starred with Lee Min Ho in "Boys Over Flowers" and Daniel Choi in "The Musical," joked that her ideal type was "Someone who looks like Lee Min Ho but has the personality of Daniel Choi." Ouch!
