Kris Jenner's Image As A Nurturing Mom Just For Show? Cares For Nothing But Her Net Worth?

Kris Jenner has always been seen on her reality show, "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" as a nurturing and protective mom-slash-manager to her children.

However, a source came forward and claimed that though the Kardashian momager looks kind, caring and motherly on the show, she's allegedly a mean boss.

"She is on her fourth assistant this year alone. She is super moody and wants everything to be perfect all of the time. If one little thing goes wrong, it's like the end of the world! She is very scary!" a source told Life & Style magazine, as quoted by Celeb Dirty Laundry.

The insider revealed that Kris' employees do not only help with her business or with organizing her reality show - they are also allegedly expected to organize her refrigerator!

"Apparently the Kardashian matriarch has taken her diva demands to a whole new level - every week she orders her staff to throw out all the food in the house, and go buy completely new items, even though there was nothing wrong with what was left in the refrigerator from last week," CDL reported.

"Then, they are expected to organize the refrigerator and make sure everything is in a straight line and all of the labels are facing forward."

"She has this complex where she has to know that she's in control and can intimidate people," In Touch magazine's source added, as quoted by Radar Online. "But this guy she hired wasn't scared of her - so she fired him."

According to the insider, Kris Jenner's employees reportedly do not only work for the mom/manager - she also works for all her kids who appear on their famed reality show.

"Most of the Kardashian and Jenner girls don't even acknowledge when people do favors for them," the source continued. "Working for Kris takes over their lives. She's very scary!"
