Kim Kardashian Pregnant & Craving Again; Flew To Paris For Cheesecake? 52 Lbs. Heavier As Due Date Nears

Kim Kardashian reportedly packed in pounds now that she's pregnant again and nearing her due date.

In a tweet, the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star revealed how much pounds she gained during her pregnancy with her and Kanye West's second child.

"Ok I'm 52 lbs up today....and I still have 6 weeks to go! I got my work cut out for me!!!!" Kim Kardashian tweeted.

It could be recounted that after being pregnant for the first time and giving birth to their firstborn, North West, Kim Kardashian was able to get back into her normal figure after only a few months.

It may not be surprising to see that Mrs. West could do the same again.

Aside from the baby pounds, Kim Kardashian reportedly has preeclampsia, which may cause some of her body parts to appear swollen especially now that she's nearing her due date.

"Poor Kim has been very vocal about having preeclampsia during this pregnancy, a condition that causes the body to retain a lot of water, inducing swelling in feet, ankles and other body parts," Hollywood Life reported.

"It's been a rough pregnancy; aside from the preeclampsia, Kim's also suffered from placenta accreta, a condition in which the placenta is growing in and around her uterus. She's been through so much, and looks so good."

Now that her due date, it may not be surprising to see Kim craving for her favorite treats. After all, the reality star admitted to Vogue that she can have pretty intense cravings - she even reportedly flew out to Paris for a slice of cheesecake.

"I flew in, maybe like a couple months ago, just to have a last hurrah of all the food I'm not going to be able to have for a while. And I get there and they tell me they didn't have it!" Kim said in the interview, as quoted by Metro.co.uk.

Kim reportedly appealed to the people in Hotel Costes that she has to get the cheesecake.

"'You don't understand, I leave tomorrow and I flew all the way over here for one night, maybe two nights.' And they said 'OK, we're going to get it.' And they got it and it really made my day," Kim added.

Last year, Kim Kardashian's struggle to get pregnant again was chronicled in their reality show.

Her announcement that she's pregnant again was also shown on the program - the revelation was taped when she, Khloe, Kanye, and North went on a trip to Armenia and Israel earlier this year.

Kim's reported due date is on Christmas day.
