"Gwen made an appointment with a doctor in late October, after signs pointed to her being pregnant," the source reportedly said, as quoted by In Touch Weekly.

"She's already changed her lifestyle in preparation for the possibility. And Blake would be thrilled to finally become a dad... He'd love to have a son he could raise to be an outdoorsman, just like him."

Life and Style magazine connected Gwen Stefani's tearful breakdown in "The Voice" to rumors that she and Blake Shelton are reportedly having a child.

"Just one day after reports claimed Gwen Stefani was ready to start a family with new beau Blake Shelton, the 46-year-old broke down in tears during a live episode of 'The Voice,'" the magazine wrote.

"The blonde beauty was tasked with saving one member of her team from elimination, which proved to be a little too overwhelming for her."

Gwen Stefani may not be the only lady in tears amid rumors of her pregnancy.

Hollywood watchers are speculating that Miranda Lambert might be devastated over the pregnancy rumors.

There have been reports that Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert's marriage crumbled because Miranda doesn't want to have kids.

"He is eager to have children, but she really enjoys not being tied down. I think they both were off on what the time frame would be," a source in Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert's circle reportedly said, as quoted by Page Six in July.

"They are never together, and he was wanting them to move close to being together. She really loves her career and touring. She has the ability to go and record albums when she wants and to tour," the source added.
