'Passionate Love' Lee Won Geun Helps His Grandfather Escape the Hospital

"Passionate Love" Lee Won Geun helps his grandfather Joo Hyun escape from the hospital.

September 29, the 2nd episode of the SBS weekend drama "Passionate Love" featured Kang Moo Yeol (Lee Won Geun) unable to say "no" to his grandfather, Yang Tae Shin (Joo Hyun), who dearly asks his grandson for help.

Yang Tae Shin had fainted while confronting his son-in-law, Kang Moon Do (Jeon Kwang Ryul) about his unfaithfulness and the topic of divorce. Yang Tae Shin halts the process of passing over the company to Kang Moon Do.

Kang Moo Yeol begins to cry after learning that his grandfather has brain cancer. Yang Tae Shin tells Kang Moo Yeol that he has something very important he must do and asks for help. However, Kang Moon Do overhears their conversation and figures out that Yang Tae Shin has put a halt on handing over the company.

Kang Moon Do becomes relieved when he learns that Yang Tae Shin does not have enough time to live. Kang Moon Do uses the excuse that Yang Tae Shin must get rest and basically locks him up in the hospital with absolutely no guests allowed.

When Yang Tae Shin's grandson arrives, he asks him to distract the guards that are keeping watch on him. Unable to decline, Kang Moo Yeol helps his grandfather escape from the hospital. They ride on Kang Moo Yeol's motorcycle together and decide to stop for Chinese food.

At the restaurant, Yang Tae Shin begins to tell Kang Moo Yeol all the stories one by one. He says, "All the dirty work will be taken care of by your father and I so don't get your hands dirty. You can do all the things your father and I didn't have the opportunity to do."

Kang Moo Yeol begins to cry while continuing to listen quietly.
