Disney star Tiffany Thornton paid an emotional tribute to her husband Christopher Carney who died in a tragic car accident on Friday.

Tiffany Thornton's husband Christopher Carney died at the age of 35 in a horrific road accident on Friday. Carney was allegedly travelling with his friend Ezekiel Blanton, 37, who drove the car when the vehicle went off the road and hit a tree around midnight.  The accident took place close the men's residence about six miles east of Hot Springs where Carney's mother Ruth is the Mayor, according to ET.

Thornton who is heartbroken of her husband's unfortunate demise paid an emotional tribute on Instagram. The actress posted a picture of Carney with their two children Kenneth James, 3, and Bentley Cash, 21 months, taken during one of their family vacations in a lake. Thornton captioned the picture "My life. My love. My angel."

The 29-year-old-star noted that Carney was the most incredible person she was blessed to have known in her life. "He was THE BEST father my children could ever have, an incredibly loving and sensitive husband, a wonderful brother and amazing son," she wrote in her post. "Thank you for your continued prayers for our family," she added, reported Mirror.

Meanwhile, Demi Lovato sent her condolence to her friend Tiffany Thornton on her husband Christopher Carney's demise on Instagram. Lovato wrote on one of Thornton's wedding pictures where the couple was seen kissing each other in their lovely wedding attire.

"This morning I woke up to terrible news. My good friend Chris Carney has passed away. This picture is a perfect example of the love he shared with Tiff and how much fun he was to be around. I don't know how to put into words how heartbroken I am for Tiffany and their two baby boys. You're already missed Chris.. And Tiffany I love you so much.. I'm so unbelievably sorry..." wrote Lovato on Instagram.
