Ha Ji Won met the Emperor Crown Prince Ji Chang Wook as if it was destiny.

On MBC Monday/Tuesday drama "Empress Qi" (Script Jang Young Chul Jung Gyun Soon, Script Han Hee Lee Sung Joon) broadcast on October 29th, Ta Whan (played by Ji Chang Wook) faces an obstacle and gets sentenced to exile.

Won Dynasty general Park Ahn (played by Kim Young Ho) and Tal tal (played by Jin Yi Han) were ordered by Yeon Chul (played by Juhn Gook Hwan) to assassinate Ta Whan and were waiting for their opportunity while Wang Ko also wanted to kill Ta Hwan and bring down Wang Yu (played by Ju Jin Mo).

Ta Whan realized that something was wrong and wanted to stop the travel saying he wanted a persimmon and late at night, Seung Nyang (played by Ha Ji Won) hid into the barracks dressed like a soldier.

Seung Nyang was cleaning herself and took a knife as she heard a noise and put the knife to Ta Whan's neck asking who he was as they encountered in a dramatic first meeting.

Meanwhile, as if recognizing the criticisms about muddling history, before airing, the drama drew attention by posting a notice saying, "This drama has the motif of a court maid who becomes the empress of the Won Dynasty at the end of the Koreo dynasty.  There are some created characters and false events.  This is differnet than real history."
