“Parasite” Lee Jung Eun and Park Myung Hoon Won as the “Best Supporting Artists” for 24th BIFF

Park Myung Hoon who had his first exposure on the BIFF stage expressed his grateful heart as he said, "Thank you very much. I was able to continue my life for 20 years. I was able to continue my acting. I was very shocked and scared by seeing it. I was shocked and in fear, but I was more shocked when they announced the results. It was a miracle moment for me to be able to join "Parasite". 

In addition, Park Myung Hoon also thanked the fans and viewers in place for actress Lee Jung Eun, who was not able to attend the ceremony. He added, " I will deliver this award to Lee Jung Eun who worked hard."

Meanwhile, BIFF started on October 3, and it will be held for 10 days in Busan.  The Awarding is participated by great artists and filmmakers together with their great works which were recognized for the past years. The Festival will be screening films throughout those 10 days. 

On the other hand, various artists already bring home different awards such as Jeon Yeo Bin who got the "Rookie Actress Award" and Seong Yu Bin also has the "Rookie Actor Award".  Lim Yoona also took home the "Popular Star Award" who recently mobilized 9 million moviegoers for her film, "EXIT". Yoona said, "I have a happy summer because I loved "EXIT" so much that I received a popularity Award. I want to greet you all. Please support me in the future."

Furthermore, Do Kyung Soo got the male counterpart for the "Popularity Award" for his movie "Swing Kids". Also, Ki Joo Bong and Jeon Do Yeon won the "Best Actor" and "Best Actress' respectively. 

The Film festival launched in 1858, was stopped after the 16th award in 1973 and resumed last 2008 Busan International Film Festival. Aside from the results of the awarding and the anticipation for the film who will be the screen, reporters, viewers, and fans were also expecting to see the fashion runway of the stars who will participate in the annual event.
