WATCH: Nana Considers Running For Office in Amusing Teaser For "The Ballot"
Nana makes a totally different transformation with her character in the new KBS drama, "The Ballot"!
The upcoming KBS drama "The Ballot" is a romantic comedy about a woman, named Goo Se Ra, the character that Nana portrays. Goo Se Ra forcefully gets herself involved with other people's lives and especially their problems. She does this by filing complaints while also coming up with solutions to solve their problems. While doing all of these, she finds herself starting a love story at a local district office.
Goo Se Ra, also known as the "The Tiger Moth," is the queen of civil complaints. She is a person who is known to speak whatever is on her mind.
On June 2, KBS shares a teaser showing the trials and tribulations that Goo Se Ra had to go through after being rejected at every job she tries to work for. Tired and frustrated about everything, she throws her phone, and several foul words go out from her mouth. She laughs like a crazy person when she walks into some posters saying the phrase "Why Not." Instead of getting a job, she decides to run for office.
KBS releases a number of new exciting stills of Goo Se Ra, showing Goo Se Ra passionately shouting something into a microphone. While saying something with eagerness, she lifts her closed fist into the air while her eyes are filled with passion and enthusiasm.
In the next still, a group of girls asked to take a picture with Goo Se Ra, and she happily accepts and poses with them. The production team of "The Ballot" also said that Nana is the heart of the drama. Her character has to deliver a character of joyfulness, seriousness, silliness, and loveliness.
According to the production team, Nana was able to show a perfect portrayal of her character, Goo Se Ra, in every aspect, especially her way of speech and expression. In Nana's first script reading, was also able to show a perfect portrayal of Goo Se Ra's character and made everyone burst into laughter with her joyful energy.
Also, with Nana's vibrant personality, the atmosphere gives off the same vibe. The drama says to look out and support the upcoming tvN drama "The Ballot."
The drama will also show the chemistry between Goo Se Ra's love interest, Seo Gyung Myung, who is a civil servant who always follows the rules. She sometimes comes off as unagreeable because he tends to point out other people's mistakes as their characters are said to start from bickering to turn into something more. Both of the characters are said to bring various elements that will allow viewers to either laugh or cry.
The drama will surely bring a romantic, comedic, and lovely feel to the viewers.
