"When My Love Blooms" Recap: Jae Hyun and Ji Soo Kept Their Promise To Stay Together

In the recent episode of "When My Love Blooms," Jae Hyun was excited to see Ji Soo at their old meeting place. He bought a bouquet of red roses, and he had something important he wanted to share with her.
Unexpectedly, an old man appeared in front of Jae Hyun and stabbed him, hitting his left side abdomen. The old man is the father of a former employee of Hyun Sang Company, who committed suicide due to depression. His father believed that his son died for losing his job.
Ji Soo was standing at a few distances from them saw what happened. She ran towards Jae Hyun as he fell to the ground. Blood was all over Ji Soo's jacket and Jae Hyun's suit. She wailed, shaking, and screamed for help.
Jae Hyun was rushed to the operating room, and Ji Soo was left in the waiting area. Mr. Kang arrived and they all waited for the surgery to finish. Meanwhile, the old man, known as Kwan Pil Ho, was nabbed by the police and is under investigation.
Jun Seo Kyung arrived at the hospital and was furious that the incident happened with Ji Soo. She then instructed Mr. Kang to allow only family members to visit and enter his room.
Dong Gin and Hye Jung visited Jae Hyun at the hospital. Ji Soo stayed outside, waiting in cold weather. After a few days, Jae Hyun woke up, and Seo Kyung advised him to rest and not look for anyone else.
Meanwhile, Ji Soo visited Se Hoon and asked him if he knew anything about what happened to Jae Hyun. She insisted that the old man used to protest but never joined any criminal or chaotic acts. She believed that someone must have convinced Kwon Pil Ho to do a murderous act. Se Hoon denied any involvement.
Ji Soo once visited Jae Hyun and saw him having a good time with his son and wife. She did not disturb them and went home.
Seo Kyung later afternoon met Ji Soo in a cafe and asked her to stay away from Jae Hyun. But Ji Soo told her that she made a promise to Jae Hyun that she won't disappear without telling him. She will remain with Jae Hyun and will only end everything if they both agreed.

Jae Hyun got discharged from the hospital. He insisted on staying in his mother's place. Seo Kyung was disappointed as she asked him to return to their house. Ever since he woke up, he never saw Ji Soo or even received a call from her.
He wished to settle with his mother and Chairman Jang. Jae Hyun informed his mother about the divorce, working less, and spending time with his son Jun Seo. He also planned to continue his meeting with the shareholders in their plan to own Hyun Sang.
Jae Hyun visited the old man who stabbed him. He told him about his son's case. He shared his story about his father's death. The old man said he never had any intentions of killing anyone, and he understood how he felt.
On the night of the incident, Lee See Hoon saw Jae Hyun standing at the hood shop, carrying a bouquet and seemed to be waiting for someone. He contacted Kwon Pil Ho and told him about what he saw. He poisoned the old man's mind, which resulted in him stabbing Jae Hyun.
The police discovered that he is the person the old man received a call before the incident. He tried to be present as Kwon Pil Ho's lawyer but the detective declined his presentation. The detective informed him that they will issue him a subpoena of his possible involvement.
However, Chairman Jang went to the Prosecutor's office for interrogation. He got the last news that Jae Hyun is conducting an emergency meeting with the shareholders and the labor union officers.
Jae Hyun started the meeting and informed them of his plans in a petition to let Chairman Jang lose the leadership of the Hyun Sang company.
