Im Si Wan said, "Because we are living in a fast paced world, people feel that they are being left behind, but our lines in the drama are very straightforward." He then added, "Ki Seon Gyeom and Oh Mi Joo are conversing using their own different languages, and we are grateful that a lot of people can learn and relate to us."

The 32-year-old actor also confessed, "It is a kind of work that will bring comfort and healing to both Seon Gyeom and Mi Joo"

Meanwhile, Shin Se Kyung pointed out the importance of her work, "The kind of emotions I feel every day in life is very precious. Communication in different languages brings other people closer. It's the words that give comfort to others." She added, "A good example is about our characters who are suffering from different emotional wounds from the past, and the healing that they find with each other."

Shin Se Kyung continued to share the kind of role that she is portraying, "When you like someone, there are things that you are scared to show to your partner, especially your scars from the past, 'would he still love me even though I have bad sides?'"

They also shared that their characters will soon discover each other's flaws and become each other's support as they continue to overcome challenges in their own lives and develop special feelings towards each other. When the drama "Run On" finally kicked off, Im Si Wan and Shin Se Kyung started to gain attention with their authentic chemistry on screen. They showed a good partnership on their behind-scenes videos.

Im Si Wan also said that Shin Se Kyung is always immersed with her character, while the actress said that her co-star and on-screen partner is good at taking care of her even off-cam.

When they were asked if it is possible for their characters to fall in love with each other in real life, Im Si Wan honestly answered the question by saying, "For me, I think it would be great to find someone like Oh Mi Joo in real life."

For Shin Se Kyung, "There are advantages and disadvantages in loving someone like Ki Seon Gyeom, since he is a man who pours his love without any doubt to the woman he really loves, and I think that kind of personality really stands out the most."

"Run On" is a romantic comedy about people trying to connect in their own languages after living in different challenging worlds. A former track and field athlete named Ki Seon Gyeom (Im Si Wan), who has lived his life running from his past, and a fearless and adventurous movie translator Oh Mi Joo (Shin Se Kyung) who has spent her life going around the same activities over and over again.
