'Vincenzo' Episode 8: Song Joong Ki Can’t Say No to Jeon Yeo Bin’s Request

In continuation of the chaos at the Geumga plaza, Vincenzo Cassano's plan didn't go according to how he expected it to be, but the sudden change of events turned out successful for him and the tenants.

"Vincenzo" Episode 8: Choi Myung Hee Continues to Prove Her Capability to Babel Group's Chairman

In the middle of a meeting, Jang Joon Woo (2PM's Taecyeon) challenged Choi Myung Hee (Kim Yeo Jin) and Mr. Han (Jo Han Chul) to bring back all the funds that the Babel group lost after their court loss. He pointed out the old-fashioned techniques of Choi Myung Hee. She got provoked, and this made her more determined to redeem herself. The Babel group chairman then said he wants to continue seeing that devilish side of Choi Myung Hee.

The next day, the two invited Hong Cha Young and Vincenzo to their office to settle things with the Babel group. But knowing how the duo works, Jang Joon Woo got pissed off with the kind of confidence that Vincenzo and Hong Cha Young were showing.

Oh Gyeong Ja's (Yoon Bok In) condition got worse, making Hong Cha Young and Vincenzo rush to the hospital where she has been confined. Our dark hero is seen struggling and uncomfortable during his encounter with the patient, knowing that she is his mother.

Vincenzo offered to pay all the treatment expenses of Oh Gyeong Ja, but she declined. He was worried and upset, making Hong Cha Young curious about his sudden change of heart.

Meanwhile, Choi Myung Hee was able to close the deal with the president of Shinkwang Bank, Hwang Min Seong (Kim Sung Cheol), to have an alliance with the Babel group. This is their last resort to secure funds.

Hong Cha Young gathered clues about their opponent's new plan, and she was able to come up with the best idea to get the president's interest. Prior to official signing of the partnership between the Babel Group and Shinkwang Bank, Vincenzo and Hong Cha Young put on yet another show.

Vincenzo Can't Say No to Hong Cha Young's Request

Nam Joo Sung (Yoon Byung Hee) and the lady lawyer want Vincenzo to act as a potential lover of Hwang Min Seong after knowing that among his weaknesses are men. They want Vincenzo to disguise as Tae Ho, a lawyer, and get closer to him.

Vincenzo was initially hesitant. But knowing that it can avenge Oh Gyeong Ja after she was framed for murder, he agreed.

The trio began the plan with Vincenzo joining Hwang Min Hyeong at a horse riding arena, and feigned interest in Shinkwang's president.

Hong Cha Young and Nam Joo Sung were secretly on the lookout for the two. Cha Young kept on pursuing Vincenzo to show his charms to fulfill their mission and because of this plan, both lawyers got closer.

Vincenzo gained the trust of Hwang Min Seong and made him pursue not to sign the investment contract with the Babel Group.

But an unexpected twist that Choi Myung Hee pulled carried on the signing of contracts.

Vincenzo and Hong Cha Young's Explicit Partnership

Before "Vincenzo" Episode 8 concluded, Choi Myung Hee warned Hong Cha Young to lie low if she doesn't want to end up like her father. This angered Hong Cha Young and turned into a fearless lawyer by declaring, in front of the press, that she will expose the corrupt deeds that the Babel Group.

Meanwhile, Vincenzo was in awe upon seeing Hong Cha Young's new and fierce persona. He then stepped up and got her out of the mobbing reporters, and the two exited while exchanging smiles with each other.

It seems like we're going to see the lionhearted Hong Cha Young in the next episodes.

"Vincenzo" Episode 8, as expected, took over the internet. Also, the chemistry between Vincenzo and Hong Cha Young keeps getting better. 

Meanwhile, Song Joong Ki and Kim Sung Cheol also had their sweetest reunion in this episode, following their previous drama project "Arthdal Chronicles."

"Vincenzo" Episode 7 was able to achieve an average rating of 9.241 percent nationwide and 9.992 percent in the metropolitan area.
