Baeksang Arts Awards 2021: Netizens Congratulate Kim Seon Ho and Seo Ye Ji for Hitting No. 1 at TikTok Popularity Award
The official voting for the 57th Baeksang TikTok Popularity Award has finally concluded, naming Kim Seon Ho and Seo Ye Ji as the top celebrities in male and female categories.
Last May 10, the poll formally ended at exactly 11:59 pm, which gave fans eight days to vote for their chosen stars.
The nominees consist of 34 women and 35 men from the tv and film industry, which includes "Penthouse" stars Kim Hyun Soo and Kim So Yeon, Shin Hye Sun, Seo Ye Ji, Song Joong Ki, "Youth of May" actor Lee Do Hyun and Kim Seon Ho.
Seo Ye Ji Voted Number 1 at the 57th Baeksang's TikTok Popularity Award
As the TikTok Popularity Award wraps up, the "It's Okay to Not Be Okay" star Seo Ye Ji took the top spot with 789,170 votes.
The 31-year-old actress has been leading the poll since the voting commenced last May 13.
Despite Seo Ye Ji's controversy, fans rallied behind her back to show their support and love for the actress.
Meanwhile, coming in second place is "Mr. Queen" actress Shin Hye Sun with a total of 678,800 votes.
Capping off the top three is "Love Alarm" and "River Where the Moon Rises" star Kim So Hyun with 212,990 votes.

Kim Seon Ho Ranked Number 1 at 57th Baeksang's Tiktok Popularity Award
Opposite Seo Ye Ji is the rising star Kim Seon Ho, who ranked first in the male category.
The 35-year-old star is the only celebrity who was able to score 1.3 million votes.
He was followed by the "Vicenzo" actor Song Joong Ki with more than 950,000 votes while locking in at third place is the "It's Okay to Not Be Okay" star Kim Soo Hyun with a total vote of 364,990.
Despite no formal announcement from the award-giving body, netizens celebrated Kim Seon Ho and Seo Ye Ji's milestones at the 57 Baeksang Arts Awards.
Over Twitter, fans of team good boy lauded the "Start-Up" actor's another achievement and congratulated him for winning the Most Popularity at Baeksang Awards 2021.

The same goes with the fans of Seo Ye Ji, who applauded her win as the Most Popular Female at the 57th Baeksang Arts awards.

On the other hand, an individual pointed out how the duo has been reigning at the industry since the start of 2020.
Kim Seon Ho and Seo Ye Ji's Baeksang Arts Awards Nominations
Aside from the TikTok Popularity Award, both Kim Seon Ho and the "Recalled" actress were nominated in the major category.
The 35-year-old star was nominated for Baeksang Arts Award for Best Supporting Actor in TV for his remarkable performance in the smash hit drama "Start-Up" alongside Bae Suzy, Kang Han Na, and Nam Joo Hyuk.
Meanwhile, Seo Ye Ji was also a nominee for Best Actress for TV for her role in the Netflix K-drama series "It's Okay to Not Be Okay."
