"Law School" Episode 13: Jeon Ye Seul Wins the Trial

The latest episode starts with the decision of the jury regarding Jeon Ye Seul's (Go Yoon Jung) trial.

After Professor Yang Jong Hoon (Kim Myung Min) successfully pulled off a reverse psychology tactic to his student, Ye Seul gave a statement stating what truly happened on the night of the incident.

She mentioned to the court that she was raped by her boyfriend, Ko Young Chang (Lee Hwi Jong), and was threatened to disseminate their sex video.

After much deliberation, the jury has decided that Ye Seul's case was self-defense from her abusive boyfriend.

Lee Man Ho's Plan to Kill Professor Yang

"Law School" episode 13 also featured Lee Man Ho's (Jo Jae Ryong) attempt to kill Professor Yang.

Following the successful trial of Ye Seul, Han Joon Hwi (Kim Bum) and Kang Sol A (Ryu Hye Young) checked the CCTV near her place. The duo was surprised upon seeing Lee Man Ho beating someone in the alley and appears to be someone they knew.

The law students head out to Kang Sol A's place. Joon Hwi then instructed her to check on her sister Kang Byeol (Park So Yi) while he looked into Lee Man Ho's house.

There, he saw that the monitoring ankle bracelet was placed on his victim.

On the other hand, the convicted criminal sneaked into Professor Yang's place. Upon reaching his home, he knew that something was not right.

True enough, Lee Man Ho beats Professor Yang and ties him up on a chair.

During their heated conversation, he asked the criminal if he killed Professor Seo; however, he replied with a smirk as Lee Man Ho pulled out an injection that contained meth and planned to kill Professor Yang, as he did with the late Hankuk University professor.

To buy himself some time, he teased Lee Man Ho that he might fail this time since it won't look like a suicide.

As Lee Man Ho was able to inject the drug, he received a call from the police asking about his location. Professor Yang shouted that he was not home and kicked him.

The convicted criminal managed to inject Professor Yang with a drug, but luckily, Hoon Hwi came with the police and arrested Lee Man Ho.

Lee Man Ho Named as the New Culprit

Following his arrest, the investigation on Lee Man Ho began after new evidence was brought to light.

Han Joo Hwi showed professor Jin that the convicted murderer had the same shoes as the killer and also showed the syringe that was used to Professor Yang is also the same as the needle that was injected into his uncle.

At the prison, Professor Yang visits Lee Man Ho and states that he killed Professor Seo because of his son.

He figured out the puzzle as to why he wanted to pin the case to the law professor.

The next day, Professor Yang noticed an ambulance leaving the prison and found out that Lee Man Ho needed urgent medical assistance after being stabbed inside the jail.

Professor Yang rushed into the hospital and saw the convicted murderer was lying in the hospital bed as the doctors were attending him.

He tells him to wake and leans over as Lee Man Ho whispers to him, "I can't go down alone. D**n it."

He was referring to Assemblyman Ko, who appears to be the mastermind behind the incident.
