Lee Gil Young Gets Disappointed for Not Being Able to Meet Jung Jin
Lee Gil Yong (Chae Jong Hyeop) couldn't hide his excitement that day, for he is about to see Jung Jin (Nam Ji Hyun) and watch a movie with her. While waiting for the lady, Gil Young saw a shop that sells dreamcatchers. He remembered that Jung Jin used to have nightmares, and being the thoughtful guy that he is, Gil Young bought one for her.
He was happy and wearing his bright and beautiful smile when he saw Jung Jin's name on his phone. But all his excitement vanished when the young lady said that she couldn't make it to accompany him in watching the movie.
Lee Gil Young pretends to be okay and tries to find the courage to ask Jung Jin out again next time.
Jung Jin Cancels Her Movie Date with Lee Gil Yong for Tom Kim
Meanwhile, Jung Jin chose to meet the famous writer Tom Kim (Choi Sung Jae). Her first encounter with him was in the elevator, and she accidentally kept his pen which became the reason for their second encounter. Jung Jin couldn't understand that during their first meeting, she could envision Tom Kim's future the moment she accidentally touched his hand.
In the latest "The Witch's Diner" Episode 4, it was shown that Jung Jin got shocked when an unknown number appeared on her phone. She then found out that it was Tom Kim, the young lady who mentioned in their conversation that she had his pen. And the writer used it as an excuse to see her again.
When the two finally met again, Tom Kim started to become honest about his feelings. It was the first time that he asked someone out. And being clueless that she is, Jung Jin tried to go with the flow on what's happening between them.
Tom Kim shared some of his personal stories with Jung Jin and spent more time with her. During the night, the guy writer escorted her home.

Jung Jin Confesses that She is Finally Seeing Someone
An old lady went to The Witch' Restaurant and wanted Jung Jin to date her son. The old lady was very desperate to see her son being married to someone. On the other hand, Jung Jin confessed that she is already seeing someone.
Hearing it from Jung Jin made Lee Gil Young broken-hearted. He started to become conscious of himself and even decided to leave the university and abandoned being an athlete to pursue something he really wants.
Meanwhile, the old lady went back again to the restaurant, knowing that they grant someone else's wish after eating their meal. Also, she met Bae Yoon Ki (Kang Ki Doong) and told her about the wish he asked and the price he paid to make his wish come true.
Lee Bok Nam (Lee Joo Sil), the old lady, wished that her son Koo Hyo Sik (Lim Won Hee) could find the right woman to marry. Jo Hee Ra (Song Ji Hyo) let Jung Jun decide on the recipe to cook.
Lee Gil Yong, who was behind cleaning the desk, was surprised when Jung Jin finally read the recipe on the blank pages of the magic book. He was again fascinated by the magic that Jo Hee Ra has that even Jung Jin could see.
After cooking the noodles, they already served it to Lee Bok Nam. Like the other previous customers, she was thrilled and happy to eat such delicious food. Knowing that her wish for her son will be granted anytime soon, Bok Nam is ready to pay the price for the thing she asked for.

Tom Kim Calls Jung Jin for Help
On their way home, Lee Gil Yong asked Jung Jin again when will be her free time because he wanted to ask her suggestions on what kind of gift he would give to his father. Lee Gil Yong gets excited again when Jung Jin accompanied him the next day.

While searching for gifts, Tom Kim called Jung Jin and told her that he was sick. This made her go to his place and buy a porridge for him to eat. She takes care of him, which he really enjoyed. He even gave Jung Jin a hug to show how grateful he is to be with her.
On the other hand, it was strange at first, but Jung Jin started to develop her feelings towards Tom Kim.
