‘Rookie Cops’ Episode 14: Lee Shin Young Quits University, Park Sung Joon Gets in Trouble
Tension between Kim Tak (Lee Shin Young) and Wi Seung Hyun (Kang Daniel) gets serious. Meanwhile, Yoon Daeil (Park Sung Joon) is entangled in a life and death situation while doing his part-time job.
'Rookie Cops' Episode 14: Kim Tak Gives Up University
Wi Seung Hyun uncovered the truth about his father's past. Kim Tak went to Seung Hyun's house and confronted the latter's father Wi Gi Yong to ask about his involvement in his late brother's death.
Seung Hyun saw his father and Kim Tak having an argument. Later on, Kim Tak found out more about Gi Yong's connection to Jo Han Sol, making him even more infuriated because Seung Hyun knew but didn't tell him.

A new semester began, but Kim Tak decided to not enrol. He handed his withdrawal form to professor Cha Yu Gon (Kim Sang Ho) and went to his hometown to help his grandmother running the small restaurant.
Through a handwritten letter, Shin Ah Ri (Cheon Young Min) was shocked to learn her boyfriend left without telling her the reason.
Wi Seung Hyun Apologizes to Kim Tak
Go Eun Gang (Chae Soo Bin) was suspicious about what was going on. Her boyfriend, Seung Hyun, didn't want to tell her about his problem. She then decided to take Seung Hyun out and bring him to where Kim Tak was.
The two had the time to talk about their problems. Wi Seung Hyun apologized first on behalf of his father.
Kim Tak understood Seung Hyun didn't do anything, and that his friend didn't need to apologize.

Nevertheless, Kim Tak's heart couldn't stop from getting hurt knowing the cause of his brother's death was a lie, and he suffered a lot because of Wi Gi Yong.
Yoo Daeil Gets in Trouble
Yoo Daeil overheard Ki Han Na's conversation with her mom and learned she was still in need of money. With this, Daeil decided to get a side hustle to support Han Na.
He was happy to receive his second client's call and immediately headed to the location. After waiting for hours, Daeil already went inside the house to ask whether he still needed to drive the car.
However, he was shocked to discover the prostitution ring ongoing in the area. He attempted to document the situation discreetly, so he could report it to the police later on.
Unfortunately, someone saw him recording a video and he was chased.
While driving, Daeil couldn't stop worrying because someone was following him.
Luckily, Seung Hyun called him and wanted to ask something, so he was able to tell his situation.
He, however, lost his connection after he got into a car mishap.
