‘Big Mouth’ Episode 4: Lee Jong Suk Acquires List of Big Mouse's Clients

'Big Mouth' Episode 4: Go Mi Ho Uses Seo Jae Yong's Papers as Bait
As the guards appease the tension, Warden Park Yoon Gab (Jung Jae Sung) realized that their plan of stabbing Park Chang Ho failed. No Park (Yang Hyung Wook) rushed to the medical facility while everyone involved in the skit was locked up in solitary.
A few hours later, Park Chang Ho and his followers were transferred to their original cells.
The warden and the VIPs had a dirty fight after their idea did not go as planned.
Meanwhile, Head nurse Park Mi Young (Kim Sun Hwa) of Gucheon Hospital tried to frame Go Mi Ho (YoonA) by making her administer incorrect medicine to a patient.
Fortunately, Mi Ho had taken a picture of the order she received before giving the medicine on her rounds and showed it to the doctor.
While in the middle of a seminar, Mi Ho spoke out and said she had papers related to Seo Jae Yong, which made a commotion in the hospital community.
However, after making that claim, Park Chang Ho's wife started to feel like someone was following her. She got an unexpected call from Mayor Choi Do Ha (Kim Joo Hun). He asked her to meet up to talk about the papers.

The two have met and Mi Ho told the truth that she was still looking for the papers. Instead, she used the opportunity to ask for Do Ha's help to rescue Park Chang Ho. But she failed to convince him.
However, he gave her a tip that the DNR request being issued to some patients at the Gucheon Hospital was related to Professor Seo's paper, and Ju Hee, Choi Do Ha's wife, knew something about it.
Park Chang Ho and Choi Do Ha Trapped in Gong Ji Hoon's Plan
Park Chang Ho wondered why inmates who tried to kill him have committed suicide. He then had Gong Ji Hoon as his surprise visitor. He interrogated the lawyer to confirm he really is the Big Mouse. Park Chang Ho must give five names of Big Mouse's biggest clients. If he failed to do so, Gong Ji Hoon would kill him.
Desperately, Park Chang Ho knocked one of the guards down and used his phone to contact Do Ha and told him that the real Big Mouse framed him after he stole NR Forum's money and couldn't handle the consequences. To survive, he needed the list of clients written on the ledger.
Meanwhile, YoonA confirmed there was someone following her. She immediately informed her father about it.
Mr. Go and Kim Soon Tae (Oh Eui Sik) were able to corner the guy and found out he was Mr. Choi's secretary.
Choi Do Ha went to meet them and handed a piece of paper to Mi Ho and encouraged her to give it to her husband. It was the list of names that Chang Ho asked for.
After receiving help from Do Ha, Park Chang Ho immediately thanked him and told her if she ever she needed help, the mayor was the only person she could trust.
However, Gong Ji Hoon confirmed the ledger was composed of fake names he only made up. Once Park Chang Ho mentioned some of the names written on it, it would prove he was fake.
