Netflix's newest sci-fi drama, "Glitch," finally hit the screens! In the series, Hong Ji Hyo (Jeon Yeo Bin) has the ability to see aliens. One day, her boyfriend went missing without a trace. She then went on an adventurous journey with her friend Heo Bo Ra (Nana) to locate Lee Si Guk (Lee Dong Hwi). 

'Glitch' Episode 1: Hong Ji Hyo Breaks Up With Boyfriend Lee Si Guk

Hong Ji Hyo grew up having a different environment around her. Since she was a child, Ji Hyo could see aliens and UFOs. Fast forward to her adult years, every time a glitch on a screen appears, a familiar alien pops and tells her that he keeps on watching her.

She couldn't share all these alien stories with anyone, even her boyfriend Si Guk. They already planned on living together. But as things got hard for Hong Ji Hyo, she decided to call it quits.

Meanwhile, an unexpected UFO appeared in front of Si Guk and took him away without any trace.

'Glitch' Episode 2: Lee Si Guk Goes Missing

In "Glitch" episode 2, Hong Ji Hyo received a call from Si Guk's real estate agent that he has not paid his rent yet and doesn't answer any calls. Until then, she learned that her boyfriend went missing. Ji Hyo reported to the police but still had a hard time finding Si Guk.

Ji Hyo found Si Guk's watch and later on had a glitch on it when she tried to connect it to her phone. She searched for help online.

Luckily, she was able to find a community of UFO buffs and coordinated with her to locate Lee Si Guk. However, they failed to find any leads to where Si Guk is.

'Glitch' Episode 3: Heo Bo Ra Exchanges Deal With Hong Ji Hyo

Hong Ji Hyo was still searching for Si Guk. Fortunately, her friend Heo Bo Ra (Nana) appeared and helped her in exchange for documenting their investigation for her video series.

They went to Si Guk's apartment to look for evidence. However, they were shocked to see a spooky cult-like group of people chanting a cleansing prayer, which gave them a signal that aliens might be hiding in Si Guk's place even before he went missing.

'Glitch' Episode 4: Hong Ji Hyo, Heo Bo Ra Go Separate Ways After Spat

While on the adventure of knowing Lee Si Guk's whereabouts, Hong Ji Hyo and Heo Bo Ra had a hard time dealing with each other and ended up having a fight.

Because of their recent tiff, they separately investigated Si Guk's case. Ji Hyo went to the police, while Bo Ra followed the suspicious real estate agent of Lee Si Guk's apartment.

'Glitch' Episode 5: Ji Hyo Confesses Her Alien Visions To Heo Bo Ra

The two friends reunited after a couple of days and began to investigate again. They were able to meet people who also experienced aliens before. Bo Ra and Ji Hyo encountered people at the Divine Light Church. They felt suspicious of them and decided to search for more.

Something triggered Ji Hyo's memories and remembered her childhood with Bo Ra and meeting aliens.

Back to the present, Ji Hyo confessed to her friend about her alien visions. In return, Bo Ra gave information on why Ji Hyo kept seeing those visions and continued with their mission.
