Im Siwan & Seolhyun Seek Healing in Countryside in Upcoming Romance Drama

Im Siwan and Seolhyun work together for the first time in the upcoming healing romance drama "I Don't Feel Like Doing Anything," which is set to deliver comfort to viewers. It is set in the countryside, giving the summer love kind of narrative.

Im Siwan and Seolhyun Partner Up in New Romance Drama

Im Siwan and Seolhyun, two of the most visually appealing stars in the industry, work together for the first time in the forthcoming Genie TV drama "I Don't Feel Like Doing Anything."

It's an original work that follows the story of young people who decide to quit their big city lives and move to a small town to figure out life.

Im Siwan takes on the role of Ahn Dae Bum, a genius who was once Seoul National University's pride. After leaving the hustling city, he now works as a librarian in the small town of Angok.

Opposite Seolhyun, playing the role of Lee Yeo Reum who quits her job after five years of being a contractual employee. She then takes her backpack to explore Angok.

In the new teaser, the characters bask in the beautiful weather, enjoying their slow paced lives, expressing that they don't want to do anything.

Apart from the duo, Shin Eun Soo and Bang Jae Min also join the main ensemble as Kim Bon and Heo Jae Hoon, respectively. They are two high school students who frequent the library.

Prior to its premiere, the cast of "I Don't Feel Like Doing Anything" revealed their honest impressions on the drama.

Seolhyun, who was determined to show her acting chops, quickly immerses in her role, expressing the tiredness of Lee Yeo Reum.

The singer-actress stated that she empathizes with her character a lot due to the line of her work. She chose the drama in hopes to give the viewers, who are in the same situation as her character, healing and sympathy.

Meanwhile, Im Siwan perfectly portrays his new acting role, a man hiding a dark past behind his nonchalant personality.

"I Don't Feel Like Doing Anything" is a project that satisfies the people's desires to escape the fast paced, burnout-prone lives.

He wishes to heal the wounds and wash away the unsettling feeling of the viewers through his work. Furthermore, "I Don't Feel Like Doing Anything" will be released in November through ENA Channel.
