‘Alchemy of Souls Part 2’ Introduces Go Yoon Jung & Lee Jae Wook, More in New Character Posters

'Alchemy of Souls Part 2' Shares Glimpse of Lee Jae Wook & Go Yoon Jung
Get ready for the approaching return of the magical series "Alchemy of Souls"!
After Part 1 of the drama captivated the audience earlier this year, "Alchemy of Souls" gears up to return to the small screen with Part 2 this December! The series follows the stories of mages whose fates are twisted due to a soul-swapping sorcery.
"Alchemy of Souls Part 2," which is called "Light and Shadow," is set three years after the first part. On November 14, the production unit released the group poster for the series, announcing the return of most of the cast excluding Jung So Min from Part 1.
Part 2 will be headlined by Go Yoon Jung, the beautiful actress who played the role of Naksu, the shadow assassin who lived inside Mu Deok's body in the first installment.

Lee Jae Wook, who reprised his role as Jang Uk, exudes an intimidating aura as he grows more mature after three long years of agony and loneliness.
Despite the character changes, fans are still highly excited about Lee Jae Wook and Go Yoon Jung's pairing. The two actors are expected to showcase a cider-like synergy against the dark atmosphere of the drama.
Shin Seung Ho, Hwang Minhyun, More Reprise Roles
Apart from the addition of Go Yoon Jung and the return of Lee Jae Wook, 90% of the cast of "Alchemy of Souls" also returns!
Hwang Minhyun, the kind-hearted Seo Yul, comes back as he readies himself with a scathing future in Part 2.
Shin Seung Ho also returns as Crown Prince Go Won, bringing an ominous aura after he learned about Jang Uk's royal identity. In Part 2, the warfare about the real successor of the throne is one of the things to look forward to.
Oh My Girl Arin and Yoo In Soo reprised their roles as Jin Cho Yeon and Park Dang Goo, the star-crossed lovers who went through so much pain in Part.
In addition to that, Yoo Joon Sang and Oh Na Ra will also return as Park Jin and Kim Do Joo to continue their blooming romance built in the first part.

"Alchemy of Souls: Light and Shadow" is scheduled to premiere on December 10 at 9:10 p.m. KST on tvN!
