The course of the game inside the palace is about to change as "Under the Queen's Umbrella" episode 13 features an unexpected twist.

The weekend historical series, starring Kim Hye Soo, follows the story of a fearless queen named Im Hwa Ryung who will do whatever it takes to protect his sons, the Crown Prince, and her four grand princes.

In the drama, it showcased her challenges as a mother and queen as well as the struggles of keeping her throne from the influential persons who wanted to steal her crown.

As mentioned, "Under the Queen's Umbrella" episode 13 is full of twists and turns as Kim Hye Soo unexpectedly found a puzzle to her son's tragic death.

The episode began with the Crown Prince, Seongnam didn't spend the night at their quarters along with the Crown Princess, Chung Ha.

The news spread like wildfire around the palace and even reached the Queen Dowager.

However, the Crown Princess saved Seongnam by lying that he had returned to their quarters.

For the new Crown Prince, he thought that the Crown Princess was on the side of the Queen Dowager, especially since she is the daughter of the Minister of war.

However, his mother, Queen Im Hwa Ryung explained that she chose the Crown Princess and picked her because of her qualities and how she liked Seongnam.

Will this new information help Seongnam warm up to the Crown Princess?
