The year 2022 has graced avid K-drama viewers with world class works that even the international entertainment scene has enjoyed.

With that, the last month of the year will end with a bang as it delivers a wide array of dramas with guaranteed entertaining watching experience and engrossing narrative.

'Connect'

Jung Hae In is all set to deliver another outstanding work this December. In his new work, "Connect," he transforms into a one-eyed humanoid whose lost eye gets transplanted into a serial killer, played by Go Kyung Pyo.

The action thriller series tackles the themes of trust, betrayal and corruption which will pin viewers at the edge of their seats. "Connect" is one of Disney+'s original horror series. Jung Hae In's new series will finally connect with viewers on December 7!

'Money Heist Korea: Joint Economic Area'

With its success last summer, the South Korean remake of the Spanish series "Money Heist" returns this December with six brand new episodes!

The genius robbers from North and South Korea will finally take out the gold reserve from the Unified Korea Mint to complete their high scale and most controversial heist.

Actors from Part 1 like Yoo Ji Tae, Park Hae Soo, Jeon Jong Seo, Lee Hyun Woo and more reprised their roles while Lim Ji Yeon joins Part 2 as Seoul.

"Money Heist Korea" begins its biggest robbery this December 9 on Netflix!

'Alchemy of Souls: Light and Shadow'

Another series with a second installment is "Alchemy of Souls"! Part 1 aired last summer, headlined by Lee Jae Wook and Jung So Min.

After receiving high praises and international acclaim, tvN releases the second part of the series, "Alchemy of Souls: Light and Shadow" this December.

Set three years after Part 1, Lee Jae Wook stars opposite Go Yoon Jung to tell the mystical tales of the mages in Daeho, and the power of the ice stone.

Apart from Jung So Min, Hwang Minhyun, Oh My Girl Arin, Yoo In Soo and Shin Seung Ho reprised their roles in the series.

The magic of "Alchemy of Souls: Light and Shadow" will be cast on everyone this December 10!

'Island'

Kim Nam Gil, Lee Da Hee and Cha Eun Woo work together for the first time in the forthcoming fantasy series "Island."

Like a combination of "Money Heist Korea" and "Alchemy of Souls," the new TVING series focuses on the action fantasy world where evil creatures attempt to dominate the world.

The three lead actors are put to the test, and are challenged to survive amidst the intense survival game and psychological warfare.

With a star-studded cast and intricate plot, "Island" stirs quite the buzz even before the premiere. The series airs for the first time on December 30 on TVING!

'The Glory'

Song Hye Kyo and Lee Do Hyun plan to wrap up the year with their newest revenge drama "The Glory"!

It depicts the painful narrative of a school violence victim who curated the best revenge plan to avenge herself from her bullies by becoming her bullies' children's homeroom teacher.

Unlike Song Hye Kyo's previous works, "The Glory" challenges her in her first ever anti-heroine role. The new series will talk about grudges, healing and forgiveness.
