Nielsen Korea reported that "The First Responders" scored an average rating of 9.4 percent nationwide. It has been said that the significant rise of almost 2 percent in viewership rating of the said drama was because Song Joong Ki's "Reborn Rich" took a one-night hiatus on primetime.

Recently, JTBC announced that the revenge series "Reborn Rich" will not air on December 2 to give way to South Korea's match against Uruguay at the World Cup 2022. Fortunately, the series resumed its broadcast last December 3 and was able to maintain a high viewership rating despite a one-day hiatus.
