'Uncanny Counter' Webtoon To Have Season 3 in 2023
Here's another good news to all "Uncanny Counter" fans!
The webtoon, which accumulated 160 million views, and its drama adaptation, which has the highest ratings ever since it premiered on OCN, will return with a new sequel!
On December 29, Kakao Entertainment CEO Lee Jin Soo and Kim Sung Soo announced that "Uncanny Counter" Season 0, a prequel, and Season 3, which will feature a full-fledged story, will be released one after another on Kakao Page and Kakao Webtoon in March next year, respectively.
'Uncanny Counter' Prequel: What We Know So Far About Season 0
It has been said that Season 0 will be released soon. It will cover the beginning of the epic, "Origin of the Counter," and the story of the birth of the longest life, the first counter, will be spread over 10 episodes.
In addition to the narrative, fans will understand the worldview of the work more closely. Even though it is a prequel, it is expected that Jang Yi, the author of the story, will show the artist's unique sincerity and joy.
Meanwhile, the much-awaited season will be serialized in March 2023. The emergence of the last villain, which has never been encountered before, is expected to lead to a new crisis.

According to writer Jang, "It was the longest time I rested while working as a cartoonist. I spent time organizing the stories of future works one by one, and I would like to present Season 3 'Mysterious Counter' as the first work."
The creator added that he is happy and excited to greet his readers again after a long time. He added, "We ask for your anticipation for the 'Uncanny Counter' and the upcoming journey of the Counters in the future."
'Counters' To Return in 2023
On the other hand, the highly-anticipated "Uncanny Counter" Season 2 is finally in production. The drama team began filming in late November this year.
