Lee Se Hee Wins Popularity Actress Award at 2022 KBS Drama Awards
On December 31, famous stars gathered for the annual ceremony of the broadcasting company KBS. It is the time of the year to honor and recognize the hard work of actors and actresses whose shows aired on the broadcasting giant.
Among the winners called, Lee Se Hee, who made her name known through the record-breaking drama "Gentleman and Lady," stole the night. In 2022, she starred in the legal-action series "Bad Prosecutor," alongside Doh Kyungsoo (EXO D.O.).

Thanks to her other amazing performance, she bagged the Popularity Actress Award and Best Couple Award.
But aside from accepting the recognition on stage, what made her stand out was her acceptance speech, in which she showed off her honest and easy-going charms.
Lee Se Hee's Impromptu Speech Causes Laughter
When her name was called for the Popularity Award, she covered her mouth in amazement. She went on stage and made everyone laugh as she was confused and did not know what to do.
After finding the courage to finally speak, Lee Se Hee delivered a speech full of cheerfulness.
According to the celebrity, "Thank you so much. I didn't expect to receive this award. I was telling Kyungsoo next to me that I'm envious of the person who will get this recognition. I am so confused because I'm the one who received it."
As she continued her speech, she thanked all the people from staff to co-stars, who worked hard together in filming "Bad Prosecutor." She said she was grateful to work with such talented stars, and thanked the viewers who supported the drama.
She went on stage again to receive the Best Couple Award with EXO D.O. The idol-actor said in his speech, "There was no romance at all. We only fought," showcasing their close relationship.
Lee Se Hee continued to boast her sense of humor in her speech, bringing joy to her fellow actors.
She has won Best Couple Award for two consecutive years already. When asked what is the secret to winning the title, Lee Se He answered, "Viewers' love? Where's the camera? I have to make eye contact."
The event's host was surprised by Se Hee's unexpected charm.
