‘The Forbidden Marriage’ Episode 7: Kim Young Dae Confirmed His Feelings For Park Ju Hyun

'The Forbidden Marriage' Episode 7: Lee Heon & Lee Shin Won Search For So Rang

Lee Shin Won (Kim Woo Seok) and King Lee Heon (Kim Young Dae) team up to rescue Ye So Rang (Park Ju Hyun). They save the kidnapped girls but So Rang is missing. After searching from one place to another, the two get a lead of the possible place where the court lady is. 

Thankfully, Ja Chun Seok (Yoon Jung Hoon) finds the stones he gifted Hae Young (Jung Bo Min) and uses them as clues about the place she was taken. Turns out, the women are being sold as wives to men in the city, and Hae Young is taken to the house of Um Gye Woon (Ko Sang Ho). 

Jeong and Chun Seok come across Gye Woon. They start to search his house, and Jeong finds another stone. They find her hidden among a sack of grains, but Gye Woon threatens them.

When he is about to kill the three, Lee Heon and Shin Won save them.

So Rang is sent to Jo and Lady Seo. She wants So Rang dead, but Minister Jo stops her as he wants her death to be tragic and the King will abdicate his throne. The two talk about evil plans to ruin the King's life. 

Lee Heon investigates Gye Woon and finds it suspicious that Jo's men have not been stopping the kidnappings. They discover the secret headquarters of Minister Jo and Lady Seo. However, the King and Shin Won fail to see anyone. So Rang is taken somewhere the guards who escorted her are stopped by bandits at Mount Shinheung who fight them.

Back in the palace, Minister Jo checks if the King is really inside his chamber bed. Fortunately, Court Lady Won made a brilliant plan of disguising Eunuch Se Jang as the King to prove that Lee Heon is at the palace. 

Ye So Rang Meets Gongnyang Village Leader Ban Ran Tan 

So Rang meets Ban Ran Tan (No Min Woo), the village leader of Gongnyang. They rescue the kidnapped women who choose to stay with them since the secret village allows marriages.

However, they can't free So Rang until proven she's trustworthy. Using her charms and talent for marital compatibility, she tries to convince the villagers. Everyone was almost convinced of her character, not until Lee Heon and Shin Won found them and thought bandits were threatening So Rang. The two are outnumbered and tied up.

Ban Ran Tan gets furious with So Rang as she pretends to be possessed by his dead sister Ran Hee and gets him to trust her and Lee Heon and Shin Won. Ran Tan tells them the purpose of the village, and suddenly the King feels joy seeing how happy the community is.

In the middle of the day, kidnappers came. The palace's guards and the bandits join forces to defeat the uninvited visitors. The villagers also found out that Lee Heon is the King of Joseon and gave their respect. After spending time with them the trio bid their farewell and promised to lift the marriage band and build a better community soon. 

The King Gets Honest About His Feelings For So Rang

Meanwhile, the King gets distracted by the villagers and the marriage ban. When Kim Sul Rok asked him about his feelings towards So Rang, Lee Heon blushed but denied he has feelings for her. When she appeared again while he was taking a bath, he remembered Kim Sul Rok's words. He then confirmed his feelings for So Rang and kissed her.
