Jung Kyung Ho & Jeon Do Yeon Crowned as Most Buzzworthy Actors

Now on its second week on primetime, Netflix's romantic comedy drama "Crash Course in Romance" and lead stars Jung Kyung Ho and Jeon Do Yeon dominate this week's most buzzworthy drama and actor rankings. 

Based on the data report released by Good Data Corporation, "Crash Course in Romance" debuted in their weekly list of the dramas that generated the most buzz. The results came from the data gathered from news articles, blog posts, social media posts, online communities, videos, and other things about the dramas that are currently airing or are set to premiere soon.

Apart from the drama topping this week's list, its talented lead stars Jung Kyung Ho and Jeon Do Yeon also swept the top two spots on the ranking of most buzzworthy drama actors, which debuted at No.1 and No. 2 respectively.

'Crash Course in Romance' Records High Viewership Rating

The newly premiered tvN rom-com series does not just dominate the buzzworthy lists but is also consistent with setting new high records every week. According to Nielsen Korea on January 22, "Crash Course in Romance" achieved its highest viewership ratings so far. 

The fourth episode of the drama, which aired on January 22 scored an average rating of 7.6 percent nationwide, marking a new (personal) record for the series.

Interestingly, the weekend drama continued to perform well among viewers ages 20 to 49 years old, with whom "Crash Course in Romance" earned a nationwide average of 3.1 percent.

It is indeed a back-to-back achievement for the drama and its production for having a perfect streak on various rankings and beating its personal records. The drama is just in its second week yet viewers are already hooked on the storyline and the characters involved in the series. 

Many also praise its actors for delivering their characters well.
