He has a degree in mechanical engineering as he comes from a family of engineers-his father is also the vice president of the SPP Heavy Industries, a company that focuses on engineering and construction.
2. He's down to earth.
Despite coming from a well-off family, Kang Dong Won remains humble and appreciative of what he has in life.
During his college years, the actor worked part-time to fund his tuition to ease the burden of their family that, like most families, suffers from economic struggles.
