Joo Won's most notable musicals include "Altar Boyz," "Singles," "Grease" and "Spring Awakening." From 2013 to 2014, the Hallyu star played the role of Sam Wheat in the musical "Ghost" and he reprised his role in the past year.

After stepping into college, years before he made his acting debut, his father came up with his stage name for when he began his career.

The actor's father told him to use his name "Joo Won" as a stage name as it sounds similar to "God-willing" when pronounced. Such a beautiful name, isn't it?
