'Revenant' Episode 9: Lee Hong Sae Blames Goo San Young
"Revenant" Episode 9 begins with Seo Mun Chun's (Kim Won Hae) sudden demise after he jumps to his death from the window of the police station.
Lee Hong Sae (Hong Kyung), who had witnessed it, feels guilty for his colleague. He runs down to Yeom Hae Sang (Oh Jung Se) and Goo San Young (Kim Tae Ri) who also watched his death.
He cries his heart out and begins to blame Goo San Young for it as she is still being possessed by the evil spirit that makes things odd and awry.
Lee Hong Sae becomes the chief mourner for Seo Mun Chun's funeral. Yeom Hae Sang tells him to apologize for not saving him if he ever sees Seo Mun Chun's spirit.
Meanwhile, Goo San Young turns herself in to the police like what Lee Hong Sae told her to. Unfortunately, there was no CCTV footage of her "killing" Seo Mun Chun even if she confessed to her crime.
Goo San Yong's Dilemma
Yeom Hae Sang and Lee Hong Sae, who have been convinced of the supernatural happenings, figure out who the evil spirit is.
He retraces Seo Mun Chun's steps and discovers some documents that they can't understand. Although she knows what is written, tthe evil spirit tells her that Yeom Hae Sang will die as well if she reveals what the documents say.

Lee Hong Sae Meets Possessed Goo San Young
While looking for clues, she realizes that some documents may not have been right. Goo San Young gets triggered because of this, darkening her vision once again.
Luckily, Lee Hong Sae, who was tailing her all this time, saves her from being hit by a bike. He also "meets" the evil spirit that possesses Goo San Young.
He observes that the evil spirit is more adult-like than a young teenager. In addition, the evil spirit wants him to like her.
Yeom Hae Sang, who retrieves a yearbook that can possibly give them clues, flips into the next page that hints at the evil spirit's name.
