‘Twinkling Watermelon’ Episode 11: Will Ryeoun Save Choi Hyun Wook From Impending Doom?

As Ryeoun travels through time, he learns more about his family. To change the fate of his father, he must stop Choi Hyun Wook from going to band practice.

Ha Eun Gyeol Stops Ha Lee Chan

"Twinkling Watermelon" episode 11 begins with a fistfight between the bullies who beat up Ha Lee Chan (Choi Hyun Wook) and one of his bandmates.

Things get rocky now that everything in the band has been settled. Ha Lee Chan has also come up with their band name while the rest of the school cheers them on.

Unfortunately, Ha Eun Gyeol (Ryeoun) learns about an accident that happens the day before the rehearsal which leads to a member's injury so he tries to stop the band from practicing.

This enrages Ha Lee Chan, refusing to listen to Ha Eun Gyeol's warnings. Meanwhile, On Eun Yoo (Seol In Ah) is about to finally choose between the two band members.

Ha Lee Chan Discovers Truth About Ha Eun Gyeol

Due to his desperation, Ha Eun Gyeol asks On Eun Yoo's help in keeping Ha Lee Chan at bay, sending them to a secluded location on the day of the rehearsal.

She agrees but in return, he must reveal his reason in keeping Ha Lee Chan from practicing. In addition to that, she is also promised a movie date.

When Ha Lee Chan sees Ha Eun Gyeol on an island instead of On Eun Yoo. The latter begs him to stay and reveals the truth that he's from the future.

Ha Eun Gyeol also reveals that he is his son, sending the former to laughter. Because Ha Lee Chan doesn't believe any of it, he decides to go back to school.

Ha Lee Chan Faces Impending Doom

Before he could run away, Ha Eun Gyeol jumps into the ocean, making Ha Lee Chan panic. The latter then jumps into the water to save him.

Ha Eun Gyeol then sobs into Ha Lee Chan's arms. At the end of the episode, Ha Eun Gyeol goes out on a date with On Eun Yoo.

On the other hand, Ha Lee Chan and the rest of the band members practice at school. What happens next sends chills to Ha Eun Gyeol's spine as the gang of bullies come to avenge their member.

The leader of the gang hits Ha Lee Chan in the head with a metal rod. Thankfully, Ha Eun Gyeol arrives in the auditorium in time, saving the younger version of his father.
