Following a decent rating for a pilot episode, ENA's newest K-drama experienced a minimal increase in viewership.
In a report cited by a media outlet, Nielsen Korea recorded an average nationwide rating of 1.625 percent. It is a slight boost from its premiere episode's 1.581 percent nationwide rating.
'Moon in the Day' Episode 2 Recap
The episode continues with devastating news regarding celebrity Han Jun Oh, who died during the drowning incident.
However, his team was confused after finding out that they couldn't recover Jun Oh's body because it was missing.
At the morgue, Han Jun Oh's dead body was spossed by Do Ha's soul, who lives as a poltergeist.

For thousands of years, he has been reincarnated and is now living as a different person.
His mission is to kill Kang Young Hwa, who is the reincarnation of his lover, Ha Ri Ta.
He waited for 1,500 years to see her death and avenge his tragic fate.
In the present time, Do Ha, who is living in Jun Oh's body, saw Kang Young Hwa inside the hospital; instead of killing him, it felt like deja vu for him, and he could vividly recall his time with Ha Ri Ta.
As for Kang Young Hwa, she thought that something was strange about Jun Oh, but then again, she was thankful that she was able to save him.
Interestingly, things started to get strange when his manager and also his brother, Han Min Oh, noticed that he was acting oddly after recovering from the accident.
The same goes for his assistant, who is the only person Do Ha confessed to about his true identity; however, he didn't believe him and thought it might just be the trauma.
Fast forward to the press conference with his ex-girlfriend Jeong Yi Seul. He confessed that it was firefighter Kang Kyoung Hwa who saved him, but this was all part of his plan.
After a series of attempts to kill Young Hwa, Do Ha figured out that something was protecting him.
He then recalled the incident when Young Hwa was young and a little monk gave her a talisman to protect her against the bad spirits.
Do Ha needs to find the amulet for Young Hwa to get rid of the protection surrounding her.
At this point, he wants to maintain a close connection to Young Hwa so he can get rid of the amulet.
